About this scholarship
Sciences Po in Paris offers Mastercard Foundation scholarships to students from the African continent for a two-year master's degree in fields such as public policy, international affairs, law, economics and journalism. The programme covers the scholar's full financial needs and gives support throughout the two years. Applicants apply through a dedicated scholarship platform and can ask for the Sciences Po application fee to be waived. There are two deadlines: 23 November 2026 for an admission decision by 11 February 2027, and 14 December 2026 for a decision by 1 April 2027.
