1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of muhula.com ("Muhula"). By using the site or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. What Muhula is

Muhula is an information directory. It lists schools, colleges, vocational institutions, courses, suppliers and jobs, and lets you send inquiries, admission applications and orders to them. Muhula is not a school, does not make admission decisions and is not the seller of items listed in MuhulaShop.

3. Accounts

You can browse without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Listing information

Listings are compiled from public sources, institutions and users. We work to keep them accurate, but fees, requirements, contacts and other details can change. Always confirm important information directly with the school or provider before making decisions or payments.

5. Inquiries and admission applications

When you submit an inquiry or application, we pass it to the institution you chose. Each institution decides whether and how to respond, and admission decisions are theirs alone. You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true and that you have the right to share them, including on behalf of a child in your care.

6. MuhulaShop orders

Orders are requests sent to independent suppliers. Muhula does not take payment for shop orders. The supplier will contact you to confirm price, payment and delivery, and the sale is between you and the supplier. Supplier return policies and store terms apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information;
• send spam or automated submissions;
• try to access other people's data or interfere with the site's security or operation;
• copy or scrape the site's content in bulk;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Muhula name, logo, design and compilation of listings belong to Muhula. School names, logos and images belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on Muhula is inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Muhula is not liable for decisions made based on listing information, for the actions of schools, institutions or suppliers, or for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
