About the job

The same new Montessori school needs a head of curriculum to design and protect its programme for children aged 2 to 5, add CBC competencies, coach teachers and set up observation and reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

Write the curriculum framework and term plans
Keep classrooms true to Montessori principles
Coach teachers through observation and feedback
Set up learner assessment and parent reporting
Lead teacher induction and training

Qualifications

Recognised Montessori qualification (AMI, AMS, MCI or similar) - required
Degree or diploma in ECE or education; TSC registration
5-10 years in early years with coordination or coaching
Working knowledge of CBC
