About the job

Kitui County is hiring 10 instructors in plumbing and fitting for its youth polytechnics (vocational training centres) across the county. The instructors will teach young people practical trade skills, combining classroom theory with hands-on work in the workshop, and help them prepare for national trade assessments. Key responsibilities

Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and trainee records

Qualifications

Kenyan citizen
Diploma in Plumbing or a related building services field or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
Certificate in computer applications
Willingness to work in any youth polytechnic in Kitui County
