Listed by Nairobi County simply as Visions Primary (Mihang'o), this is the government primary school for Mihang'o location on the north-eastern edge of the city, between the Kangundo Road settlements and Utawala. It is one of only a handful of public primaries in Embakasi East, an area where most young families otherwise rely on private schools. The county runs an early childhood (ECDE) unit alongside the primary classes, and the school is mixed and day-only. Lessons follow the Competency Based Curriculum. Parents in the newer plots around Mihang'o shopping centre are its main catchment.
