Kiboro Primary is on Juja Road at the southern end of the Mathare valley, close to the villages of Kosovo and Mathare 3B, where its early-years block stands. It is a public, government-sponsored mixed day school. The 2007 ministry figures list about 880 pupils, 21 teachers and 18 classrooms, which made it smaller and less crowded than the Huruma schools further east. It offers pre-primary and primary classes under the Competency Based Curriculum, free of tuition, and the county counts it among its Juja Road zone schools.
