Plans start as soon as the payment is confirmed. Ads and promotions start once our team has approved them, and run for the full period from then.
Questions
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Every premium service is prepaid for a fixed period and ends on its own. Renew whenever you like from your dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Premium services are not refundable once they have started, except where the law requires it. See the billing policy.
How do sponsored job clicks work?
You set a daily budget. Each time someone opens your job from a sponsored placement we deduct the cost per click. Repeated clicks by the same visitor and clicks by robots are not charged. When the day’s budget is used up, the job returns to normal visibility until the next day.
What does "no competitor ads" mean on Gold?
Profiles on Gold never show other schools’ banners or "Also consider" cards. Instead your own "Also consider" card can appear on the competitor profiles you pick (or, by default, on schools of the same type in your county).
Who approves ads?
Every ad and promotion is checked by the Muhula team before it runs, usually within one working day. If an ad is not approved, the full amount you paid goes back to your Muhula account as credit (or is refunded if you ask).
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free Muhula account. Listing products are for the school or college you manage on Muhula (claim your listing first).
