Mount Kenya Flight School

Mount Kenya Flight School is a pilot training school in Nanyuki, Laikipia County, at the foot of Mount Kenya. It appears on the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority's list of approved training organisations with Nanyuki as its training location, approved to teach the private pilot licence and the commercial pilot licence for aeroplanes. It is one of the few approved flight schools in Kenya not based at Wilson Airport, which makes it an option for students in central Kenya and those who prefer training away from busy Nairobi airspace. Nanyuki's airfield sits at about 6,250 feet above sea level, so students also gain experience of high-altitude flying.
