Braeburn Garden Estate School is an international school on Garden Estate Road, off Thika Road, and part of the Braeburn Group of International Schools. It teaches the British National Curriculum from Early Years to Year 11, and in Years 12 and 13 students take the International Baccalaureate Diploma or the IB Career-related Programme. Pupils come from more than 80 nationalities, classes are small, and an inclusion team supports learners with specific learning or physical needs. Senior students from Kenya and the wider region can board in the school's boarding house. The spacious green campus has purpose-built facilities, playing fields and a swimming pool, and the school gives equal weight to sport, music, drama and the arts. It is a member of IAPS and COBIS, accredited by CIS, an IB World School, and was rated Excellent in its latest Independent Schools Inspectorate inspection.
