Marist International University College is a Catholic college in Karen run by the Marist Brothers. It grew out of the Marist International Centre, a training house for young Marist Brothers from across Africa and Madagascar, and since September 2010 the centre's academic arm has carried the university college name. It is linked to the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is also registered with TVETA as a technical and vocational college. The college offers bachelor's degrees, with education as a long-standing strength, alongside diplomas, certificates, bridging courses, short courses and an open and distance learning option. Its campus has a library, laboratories and a clinic, and student life includes clubs, sport and community engagement. The college motto is 'You are the light of the world'.
