West Rift Aviation (Westrift Aviation)

West Rift Aviation Limited, often written Westrift Aviation, is a flying school at Wilson Airport in Nairobi, established in 2013 and approved by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority as Approved Training Organisation No. 18. It takes students from the Private Pilot Licence through the Commercial Pilot Licence and the Instrument Rating to Airline Transport Pilot Licence studies, and also trains flight instructors and flight operations officers (flight dispatchers). Licence conversions and refresher training are offered to pilots who already hold a licence. The school describes its approach as affordable, consistent training given by certified flight instructors, with a fleet of training aircraft maintained for daily flying. Its office is in Building 17A on the Wilson Airport side, close to the apron used by the Nairobi general aviation community. Course dates and fees are given on request.
