About
The Institute of Advanced Technology is a private ICT and business training college founded in August 1991, with its CBD campus on the first floor of Hazina Towers on Monrovia Street, next to View Park Towers. It is accredited by the TVET Authority and registered with the National Industrial Training Authority, and it has further centres in Buruburu and Mombasa. IAT offers TVET CDACC certificates and diplomas in ICT and in cyber security, ACCA, and a wide range of industry certifications and computer courses, among them software engineering, web development, data science, networking (Cisco CCNA and CCNP), CompTIA, project management and digital literacy (ICDL). It is also a testing centre for international IT examinations and trains staff for companies through its corporate training arm.
