Before you claim
Does it cost anything?
No. Claiming and managing your profile is free. Optional paid plans with extra features can be added later from your school dashboard.
Who can claim a school?
Proprietors, principals and headteachers, directors and managers, or someone the school has authorised. Staff members can start a claim too — we may ask for a letter from the school’s leadership.
What proof do you accept?
Any one of: a registration or business certificate, an official appointment letter, a government-issued ID, a utility bill for the premises, an ownership or lease contract, or another document showing you run the institution (PDF or image, up to 10 MB).
How long does verification take?
Usually 1–2 business days. We contact you on the email or phone number in your claim.
